Payment & Currency of Transactions
Surfbaby accepts payment by Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa only, we do NOT accept AMEX), and Direct Credit to our bank account. Please note products will not be sent until payment has been received in full.
Security
Surfbaby uses industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to safeguard the online shopping consumer.All Surfbaby products are based in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Our pricing may change without notice.
Delivery Policy
All orders received prior to 2pm will be dispatched on the same day (this excludes weekends and public holidays). We will advise you if the product you have ordered is out of stock. Please note the price of the product does not include freight which will be added at the checkout screen.We aim to get all NZ deliveries at their destination within 1-3 days (allow extra for rural delivery) and all International deliveries within 10 days (subject to international postal service).

Exchange policy
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. A returned item is only accepted if it is unworn, with tags and packaging intact. If your product is faulty please send back for a full refund with postage included.
